Seller Information

Products & Fulfillment
All merchandise is produced on demand via third-party print fulfillment partners. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Refunds
Because of the nature of print-on-demand production, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error in the product received.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once verified, we'll provide a free reprint or refund — no need to return the item.

EU/UK customers: You have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at supersoniamusic@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site are the property of Supersonia and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supersonia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
